Ariel is an Engineer with a Master's Degree in Administration and has more than 28 years of experience in the Maquiladora industry, where I hold management positions such as Plant Manager, Operations, Lean Manufacturing corporate level at plants in the USA and Mexico in the automotive, chemical, aeronautical industries and retail where I had the opportunity to work on transfers plant, cultural transformations implementing new work philosophies. Currently co-owner for 9 years of a restaurant chain in El Paso, Texas where I have implemented Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and leadership development to take the company to its current growth of 10 restaurants.
